The purpose of the storm.
We all have storms in our life, no? :)
The storms shake us, attack us, and even frighten us.
But we have to always remember that God is always there.
No matter how big the storm is, God, is definitely always bigger!
Mark 4:35-40
is actually a story about how the apostles and Jesus sailed to another place,
and during that sail, Jesus fell asleep.
Then suddenly storms rushed, and hit the boat, and the boat was filled with water.
One of the apostles quickly woke Jesus up asking Him what to do!
Then Jesus rebuked the wind and said unto the sea,
Peace,be still.
Then the winds ceased and there was a great calm.
Then Jesus said to the apostles,
"Why are you so fearful? Where is your faith?"

It applies the same in our lives,
at times we may think that God is not with us,
that we're alone in facing our problems.
But in the real, Jesus is always with us,
and we must always remember that HE
is always in charge.
So have GREAT faith friends!

Another week again, and it's already

Funny how time flies eh?
Which means one thing :

Don't want to be the bearer of bad news but, Hehehe, it IS true.
So get back, open your textbooks and start STUDYING!

You know, we often like to blame God whenever something bad happens,
but hardly thank Him when something good happens.
Sounds familiar? Hehe
Always try to keep in mind that, He is in control in everything,
and that he will NEVER put us through something that is TOO tough for us to handle
Like the Lord's prayer states :
"Not my will, but Your's be done"
In the same way, we have to always remember, it's not OUR will to be done here on Earth,
but God's will. :)))
And his will will definitely benefit us aswell, and it's for the better whether we know it or not.

How have you been! Hahaha, the holidays have just ended, and school is starting!
Results coming out right? hahahaha
No matter what the result is,
I just wanna say that God knows how much effort you put into it,
and He knows that you have done your best. :)

in whatever problems that we're facing,
always remember guys,
ALWAYS remember,
that God is always there,
God is always beside you,
whenever you need Him, just call out

How's school been?
Alright? Bad?
Hahahaha, i guess we all have different experiences in school.
But i just wanna say,
remember to read your Bible! :)
I find it hard sometimes too,
especially with homework and tutition draining our time,
but we MUST make it a priority!
It is written, 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'"
-Matthew 4:4-
so yeah! Remember to read your Bible and pray everyday!

Hello guys! :)
We had our second CF last Friday
IN SCHOOL! :D
Hahaha, yes yes!
And no, we did not get caught. :p
We still sang out loud,
played games
and still share God's word. :D

HELLO PEOPLE! :)
StarCF is now alive and kicking once again for the year 2011.
Our blog is FINALLY OFFICIALLY back up!
So do visit us for updates about CF!
Today we had our First CF of 2011!
And it went very well!
God was definitely there with us and He's going to be for the following weeks to come!
Alot of old farts came back today, and it was a JOY to see them. :p
How God still works through students that already left Star CF is just amazing. :)

How has school been!
Some may be tireeeed, or maybe some are enjoying ittt!
But all in all, remember to thank God for anything that has happened throughout this week,
may it be good or bad,
but God does all things according to His plan!
So think of ONE thing you can thank God for!
Well I, thank God that our CF is still going strong, maybe we may be lacking in numbers,
but God definitely moves within us!

It was fantastic! (:
FANTASTIC, BOMBASTIC!
Yes! Im talking about our previous CF meeting! (:
Lots of people turned up!
People, who you see everyday, and people you dont!
I'd say, it was truly a blessing from above.
And we definitely got to know one another right!
Mr. ALEX HO CAME YESTERDAY!

He's an old man already la. HAHAHAHA
He came and shared to us about how we, are the Salt and the Light of the Earth!
"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house."
Matthew 5:13-15.
So, God tells us that WE are the LIGHT and SALT of the earth!
Let me ask you this! If it was night, and you had a lamp. Would you put it under a bowl? Or let it shine on its stand?
Same applies to us,
We have CF, certainly not everyone knows about CF.
Yes, majority are Christians, but what about the non-Christians?
Would we just hide CF away from them?
Or let it stand on its "lampstand"
So that, EVERYONE will know about CF!
Can you imagine your friends going,
"OH! TODAY GOT CF! They'll be having water games!
Isnt that awesomee?
Think about it guys, and remember.
WE, not just me, not just you, but WE!
Are the Light and Salt of the earth!

Havent been updating lately! Sorryyy yooo. (:
So how is everyone!
Doing good?
Or affected by the upcoming.
EXAM RESULTS!
Haha, dont sweat it guys.
We all tend to, do badly.
But!
Dont take it as an excuse!
"Oh, nevermind la, getting a B still okay what, at least not a C"
HAHA,
yes its not a C. but why cant you strive to get an A!
YES, its extremely difficult in our situation
And even God knows! Jesus understands!
Soo, we have to help ourselves first! Then God will help us!
How can we expect to score, and rely all on God, if we, do not even set a finger on the text book!
:) Always remember to pray too!

OKAY! The first CF has been officially held last Friday.
I wasn't there, cause i was down with the flu! Arrrggghs!
But from the feedback, i guess it was pretty good!

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believed in him shall have eternal life."
John 3:16
This verse!
Is the most significant verse in the Bible. :)
And though, it has been used by us many many times,
recited in sunday school, children church etc. etc. :)
It really brings a TRUE meaning!
How God said He LOVED the World,
despite of all the evils of the world,
He still loved us!
And He gave His ONLY Son,
to die for our sins.
Lets see,
how many of us would actually give,
Your handphone, ipod, computer to another person for their benefit?
I think i wouldnt. ;)
But God DID!
And it wasnt any earthly things,
it was His ONLY Son!
And the verse says
That whosoever believes in Him
Shall have ETERNAL life!
How many of us wants eternal life!
Thats like the BEST THING EVER RIGHT? :D
Its like, your parents told you, you dont need to go school forever.
*JOKE JOKE*
